Well, I'm posting this prematurely, but how's everyone liking them?  Surprised by wins, not surprised, indignant, incredulous?

I should let it be known I do not watch such programming. I don't care much, very rarely, for actors and such. If the movies good it's good, if it's shit it's shit. A good actor doesn't save a movie. Example: Bruce Willas (?) in Cop Out. Ain't going to save that movie.

Voice actors I like though. Tongue

Hot for Jennifer Hale?  I know I am  Cheesy

Well...  Oscars over, people happy, and I'm kinda happy in a way that James Cameron didn't get another giant ego-boost in the form of Best Director for Avatar.  He's already got the actors from Avatar talking about his god-like nature every second  Shocked

Also very surprised Star Trek won Best Makeup.  I mean...  Pointy ears and rubber foreheads?  Come on, they've been doing that since the 60s!

I knew Jennifer Hale sounded familiar.

But back to the academy awards. I'm glad Bigelow got best director and Hurt Locker got best film.
Well I guess you can say I'm indifferent, as long as Avatar didn't win them. Not that I have anything against
Cameron or Avatar, I just didn't think they were the best of the year.
What I am kind of disappointed about is how District 9, although nominated, didn't win anything.
Fuckin love that movie.

still havent seen avatar...dont realy want too.
seems kinda like it would be Furangully, crossed with a halo game.

I do want to see Hurt Locker, im way over due on that 1.

as far as D-9, i was kinda dissapointed with that 1, idk why, I guess I was expecting more on a war of the worlds, or independance day scale.

lastly, on the movie topic, IRON MAN 2 LOOKS TITS AWSOME. Suit case armor anyone?

Must've been an ultra-special shade of green  Wink

And Iron Man carrying his briefcase suit...  How on earth does he lug that thing around?
